These transcendent drone meditations will envelop you in a dark blanket of fuzzy guitars and blooming synthesizers. The really purposeful and progressive structural development keeps the journey moving through many moods and atmospheres without wasting any of its 70+ minutes on excess meandering. Honestly one of the best drone albums I’ve heard in a long time and has some expressive, unique guitar work that touches on Dylan Carlson, Steven O’Malley, American Primitivism, and even Jeff Parker in the more lead guitar driven sections, but ultimately goes its own direction into the unknown.
